I discovered this one when trying to work out ways to train press handstands 😁
Not only an amazing way to strengthen your core but also wrist, elbow, shoulder, back, hips, knees and ankle stability and sttength! BOOM!
I usually train what I call roller pikes at my studio @diamondclasspole on the rollers that are a bit wider but this one worked for today.
