Your goals won’t get accomplished unless you make a CHANGE ☝️ If you’re toast after work then get up an hour earlier and hit your training BEFORE going in 🙌 this has been helping me throughout grad school AND I feel MORE energized and productive throughout the entire day (spend energy to gain energy? 🤨 ...trust me 🤗)⁣

Add in three 10 min walks throughout the work day to get moving 🏃‍♂️ adding these walks in will help you burn fat in the long term and improve your body’s blood sugar regulation 👍 AND you’ll feel more energized vs sitting in front of a screen stationary for hours.. 😴⁣

If you’re working a desk job, it’s even more important to find a way to be ACTIVE 📈 it’s easy to fall into the norm (>30% of the US is obese) but you gotta BREAK THAT CYCLE 💪⁣
