Ring L-sit Chin Up

Harder on the lats than regular Chin Up and great to strengthen bottom range of motion since it is harder to initiate the pull.

Sezon rozpoczęliśmy na Armagedon Active Hardcorowe Pary 💕🔥 Chociaż w Calisthenics Płock woleliśmy pobiec w trójkącie 😅 👅

Jak na mój pierwszy bieg w terenie i kogoś kto jeszcze w grudniu miał problem przejść z liny na linę - jakiś tam progres siły jest 🐗

Tylko ( i aż) na około 30 przeszkód i 6 km nie zrobiłam Wariata i Gibonów i zaliczyłam fail przy samym dzwonku przed metą. Za co za karę i z przyjemnością zrobiłam 50 burpees 😈 Jednak za takie błędy nawet chłosta to za mało, więc teraz treningi cisnę jeszcze mocniej i czas podkręcić tempo i szybciej przebierać raciczkami. 🐽🐖🐎 Mega atmosfera, przeszkody weszły, gdzie trzeba. 🔥  @armagedon_active dzięki ❤️ szczególnie zapamiętam ten wyjątkowy spacer z 30 kg "pieskiem", co się taplał w błocie 😂😈 widzimy się niebawem 😁

Isometric holds are one of the best ways to build up strength for something like levers. Start at this progression, hold for 10-15sec and do at least 3 sets. do this daily and you will progress out of sight!
As you get stronger, gradually straighten your legs more and more whilst maintaining that 10-15sec duration. 
Best of luck, don’t forget to breathe into your belly (use your diaphragm) ☮️ ~ ~
