It’s hard to believe, but the end of our hard water season is just around the corner.
Which means it’s time to both start thinking about (and actually start scouting for) those late ice spots.
That brings us to the reason for this post that recaps (our third ice outing of the year) Dec. 4th, 2019 - Early ice. These early ice spots are often some of our go-tos for late ice as well.
Walleye, Pike & Bass species close in 15 days (for the majority of us Minnesotans), which means we’ll back to Gills & Papermouths - after reflecting on this early ice outing and the success we had with these plastics, it’s a safe bet to say that you know what our first presentation will be.
