When I started my weight loss journey, I was 270lb. I was a fat piece of shit.
I was able to lose 80lb in 5 month, and that brought me down to 190lb.
I still see myself as a pile of garbage.
I want to go to BMT looking like @therock . I want people to see me and say "that man is a beast"
I was told NOT to focus on getting big because it's not going to help me.
I was told to focus on getting fit. That's why I'm looking up to @richfroning . The man is in top shape. His performance at the crossfit games are insane. Plus his a man of God, respect!
Im going to boot camp in March 2020. That's less than 3 months. My current weight is 230lb. I let myself go in November. I wasn't able to say no to all the food 🤣. I need to lose 50lb. That would put me at 180lb.
So, that's what I'm going to do!
Don't let your weight be the reason for not being able to qualify for the military.
Get a paper and build a plan.Get up and go to the gym. Get up and go run. Put down the junk food and start eating clean.
If I can do it, you can do it.
I was 270lb. I went down to 190lb. It was not easy. It's not going to be easy, but It's going to be worth it. This is your future.
