But back to pepper, it comes from India and is one of the most commonly used spices worldwide. Apart from its spicy taste it also has several health benefits. 
Health benefits of black pepper:
▪️Boosts absorption of nutrients such as calcium, selenium but also plant compounds found in green tea and turmeric.
▪️Rids cold and cough. It is a great decongestant and it also makes the mucus thinner and watery. ▪️Treats asthma mainly thanks to anti-inflammatory effects. ▪️Improves digestion, stimulates the release of pancreatic and intestinal enzymes and helps with fat and carbohydrate break down. ▪️Acts as a natural antidepressant and stimulates brain functions. 
Black pepper is also a source of minerals such as manganese, iron, potassium and calcium. It also contains vitamin K, C and B6.🥳 Have you ever heard of pepper tea?😎

The best way to store the juice is to store it in a glass mason jar with a lid and keep it in the fridge.

This overnight oats recipe is ridiculously easy and totally customizable. 😋
For each jar:
🔅1/3 cup rolled oats
🔅1/3 cup milk of your choice
🔅1/2 cup of chopped fruit
🔅1 tbsp almond butter
🔅1/8 tsp cinnamon(optional)
👉🏼Add ingredients to a mason jar. Put the lid on and shake until ingredients are combined. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy the next morning!
🚨This is a relatively small portion. If you want to up the portion size, the ratio for oats to milk is 1-1.

Takayasus Arteritis is a chronic, autoimmune disease that is considered life threatening and has no cure.

My symptoms were chronic fatigue, weightloss,  chest pain, wheezing with shortness of breath, headaches, thinning hair, muscle weakness ( which landed me in a wheelchair) and the worst scariest symptom  was coughing up blood, sometimes it was so much like I was hemorrhaging.😭☹
I was in and out of hospitals, infact,  ICU several times.
Faced death many times....I didnt know from one day to the next if I would survive.
