3 Year Bulk Update! 2017 to 2020
I put on 25lbs during my 3-year bulking phase.
Starting slow and controlled in early 2017, I ramped things up months leading to end of Jan. 2020.
As you can see from the photos, my tan said bye-bye and the gains said Hi hi LOL. With January coming to a close, I'm damn ready to diet down and remove all this fatswoleness. 😁
During this long journey of self-improvement in all areas, things didn’t always go as planned and life sure has a way of leading you in many directions. But with purpose, optimism, trust, faith, and hard work, the world finds a way to show you what’s after all the fog and smoke.
2020 is here y'all. Set your goals, find and remember your purpose, and work your ass off consistently to get shit done! 💯
