What to do when you feel a cold coming on?!🤧 Earlier this week I start to feel my body fighting a cold, but I declared I will NOT get sick. I followed a simple wellness routine and voila! Healthy as usual within 48 hours☺️. Here are my top tips on how to fight a cold the natural, Ayurvedic way.
Drink LOTS of water, but make sure it’s only warm or hot. Cold water will aggravate the cold further☕️ .
Mix a half teaspoon of organic turmeric with a teaspoon of honey and take daily🍯 .
Start every morning with a warm cup of lemon honey water🍋 .
Eat warm, clean, nourishing foods like soups, rice, and steamed veggies. Avoid dairy, sugar, and processed food🍜 .
Eat lots of fresh fruit high in Vitamin C (oranges, kiwi, amla, etc)🍊 .
