Running selfie. Ben het niet zo gewoon om een selfie te nemen 😉noem het maar bescheidenheid. Training van vandaag maar eens in de ochtend  gedaan. 8x 800 meter op 4:30 m/km. Dat is nog eens actief opstaan en dan kan ik vanavond naar de verjaardag van mijn moeder (80 jaar). Op de oortjes vandaag een nieuwe podcast van @lobkefaasen met Arabella Burgers van #caringvets 
Weer een paar mooie nieuwe inzichten opgedaan.

The burpee is a full-body movement that incorporates cardiovascular training, core exercise and muscular development. The burpee requires the arms, core, legs, glutes and cardiovascular system to all work in one movement. ⠀

REV's BURPEE TABATA WORKOUT⠀

Note this is a super workout that also includes warm up rounds. Use this time to stretch and limber up. ⠀

Set your timer for a 20 sec work and 10 sec rest for 8 rounds:⠀
⠀
Do 1 burpee in 20 seconds rest for 10 seconds ⠀
Do 2 burpees in  20 seconds rest for 10 seconds⠀
Then 3 burpees, 4 burpees etc until you get to the maximum of burpees you can do in 20 seconds.⠀
Keep up your maximum number of burpees for the remainder of the 8 rounds.⠀

Yesterday morning I did a quick work out 30 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins weights.
Not my normal type of treadmill work but tried interval training.....
I started with 10 minutes of jogging to warm myself up then 20 minutes of intervals. 1 minute sprint 30 seconds rest in between. The easiest way I found to do it was to keep the treadmill running but reduce the speed to get back on and increase to your sprint speed when on it. Could just see me flying off the back!🙈
Then just a couple of exercises on the functional trainer - 💪🏼cable single arm lateral raise x 15 each arm 🦵🏼standing cable hip abductor x 10 each leg 🙆🏽‍♀️ V sit up leg extension x 15 
And just did 3 sets of each exercise.

Я и @suzanna_oganova делимся с вами круговой интервальной тренировкой. Всё у меня здесь как обычно: 40 секунд упражнение, 10 отдых, 3 минуты отдых между кругами, всего 4 круга.

Если у вас есть друг, с которым вы занимаетесь, попробуйте вместе выполнить такую тренировку, если ваш друг отстаёт в темпе - всячески подбадривайте его и не позволяйте остановиться! Если же отстаёте вы - взгляните на друга и топите с ним до конца!

Я, как тренер, если замечаю, что какой-то моей малышка тяжело, и она начинает сбавлять темп, становлюсь рядом и пытаюсь смотивировать на ещё некоторое количество повторений! И всегда говорю - в круговой не останавливаться! Можно замедлиться, но не бросать упражнение, пока не услышите заветные звуки гонга а моем телефоне, что означает отдых 10 секунд 😁👌🏻 Трек: Rik Ryanne - Ooh la Laa🎶
