It was beaten into me from childhood gymnastics to ALWAYS point my toes ๐Ÿ˜œ๐Ÿ‘ However, I have let go of the floor routine little arms up start hop.๐Ÿ™ˆ I stopped gymnastics in 10th grade because I just got too tall, awkward and scared. Plus, I was never freakishly flexible.  Who here did gymnastics as a kid, what was your favorite event? I liked beam.

Hanging Leg Raise : 
My first attempt and there is a lot left to aspire towards in terms of control during the eccentric phase of the exercise i.e. lowering down of the legs. But this one is fabulous to work all of the abs and obliques in addition to stabilisation of the back. 
Another one in my books to work on over the next few weeks... I died in 4 sets of 10 each. Off course, progressions are never ending. Always be creative. Get comfortable in being uncomfortable
