Siemka! Dziś wjeżdżamy tutaj z nie lada kontentem 🙌🏽. Dla jednych będzie to okazja by podpalić i wzmocnić osobisty kaloryfer 🔥 dla innych możliwość popracowania nad swoimi dysfunkcjami (mowa chociażby o nierównomiernym rozkładzie napięć w ciele, skoliozie) 😇. Przedstawiamy 6 ćwiczeń, które sugerujemy wykonywać jednostronnie (najpierw np cała seria na lewą stronę - jeśli jest słabsza, później dopiero druga strona). Poniżej najważniejsze instrukcje: 
1. Video - ważny będzie zakres ruchu (dłoń powinna dotknąć do stopy), im bardziej wyprostowana noga tym mocniejsze doznania - oczywiście jeśli mobilność i siła mięśni brzucha pozwoli 
2. Video - stabilizacja obręczy barkowej, zanim zaczniecie wykonywać ruch ściągnijcie łopatki i opuśćcie barki, ciało w pozycji hollow 
3. Video - typowe spięcia, ale nie ciągnąc szyją a barkiem do biodra, biodro i bark w jednej linii 
4. Video - kolce biodrowe w jednej lini, pełna stabilizacja (napięte pośladki, brzuch, „przyklejona pacha”, łopatki zaktywowane)
5. Video - idąc z kb trzymanym jednorącz ważne byście się „wydłużali” - odciągali czubek głowy od stóp, opuścili barki i ściągnęli łopatki, biodra ustawili w jednej lini i nie przechylali się w żadną ze stron, po zatrzymaniu - przy opuszczaniu kb należy wykonać zgięcie boczne tułowia z wyprostowanymi plecami i zablokowanymi kolanami (max rozciaganiecie jednego boku)
6. Video - prezentowany sposób wykonania jest dla osób zaawansowanych, można zeskalować ćwiczenie do oparcia obu stóp na piłce i wykonywać delikatny ruch przejścia na ich zewnętrzne krawędzie, stabilizacja w planku oraz mocne zaangażowanie mięśni najszerszych (tych pod pachą z tyłu) jest niezbędne do utrzymania pozycji

Just over 12 weeks ago, we set out a few targets that Nadean wanted to achieve before the end of the year.. and we did it, all without the pressure of stepping on a scale every week or taking measurements.

Nadean wanted to fit into 3 certain outfits for 3 significant occasions, that were purposely brought in smaller sizes ✅

Wanted to increase strength and overall fitness levels ✅

Work towards achieving that ‘toned’ look✅

To achieve these goals without worrying about measurements we placed the focus on these 5 main points.. 1. To create sensible eating habits, and routine..
2.increase daily water intake ..
3.improve sleep pattern ..
4.Increase daily activity levels..
5. Progressive training overload 
Putting the focus on creating good habits rather than scales or tape measure makes the process less stressful, more enjoyable and more sustainable 👍💪
