Meal prep! Meal prep! Meal prep! 
It's so important to be organized when it comes to food and nutrition. Having a delicious and healthy meal ready to go really makes life easier. Having a good food plan for the week will really keep you on track with your goals. Here's a little peak as to what my freezer looks like, most days. There's lunches and dinners in there, all calorie counted, and lots of variety, and vegetables of course. For breakfast, I will generally make a fresh healthy low calorie smoothie, or my homemade gluten free granola with berries and yoghurt and everything else, snacks included are pre-planned.

Binged again yesterday morning. 2nd day in a row. I go in spurts. I eat normal for around 3 weeks then I binge for a few days in a row. IDK why or what's triggering it. I'm so tired of this. 
On another note: I toasted these and they were OK... The texture of the dough/pastry (whatever it's called lol) was like a pretzel (of course). It had just enough salt so that it's not too overpowering, but it lacked insides. 6.5/10. Other Pop Tarts are better IMO.

GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE FOR WEIGHT LOSS, SMOOTH & GLOWING SKIN .

• 1 medium sized Cucumber
