The worst thing about stress is, it effects you both physically and emotionally. We are all confused,worried and scared about what is happening around us.A lot of us are dealing with academic stress here , not knowing what to do and where to start. Not knowing if everything will back to normal soon and when it does will we be able to deal with that academic pressure that's gonna come.
Everything happening around is sad and depressing, but you can take it as an opportunity to use this time wisely..
Try building your basic knowledge, read those clinical books which you complained you didnt have time to read. If you aren't able to handle your stress talk to someone it can be your family or a friend or even a teacher but do it. Don't let those emotions take over you.You are not gonna be productive overnight, it's gonna take time to get back to that schedule but slowly you will be able to do it. Take it one day at a time. It's ok, not to know what is gonna happen tomorrow.
