My booty goals these days consist of doing abductions any and every way possible. 🍑 Staying consistent with my training my goals are going to change with the years and seasons. What I was working on this time last year is completely different than what I am working on this time around. It’s not that the workouts I did before were not working, it’s that they were very EFFECTIVE and I accomplished my goals with them and now evolving into my next goals with my physique. 🌱🌿🌲.
