Hallöchen zusammen, 
Mein Tag heute war eigentlich ganz ok. Naja gut, Montag nach dem Wochenende ist natürlich immer scheiße aber das lässt sich ja auch nicht ändern. In der Schule ist heute nichts Großartiges passiert außer dass wir in Englisch Vokabeltest geschrieben haben. Ich weiß nicht was mit mir los ist aber immer vor Prüfungen egal wie klein sie sind reagiert mein Körper mit sehr unangenehmen Folgen und ich weiß einfach nicht mehr was ich machen soll. Nach der Schule hatte ich dann Nachhilfe in Matge und ich bin si froh, dass ich diese Möglichkeit habe weil ich sonst echt gar nicht mehr mitkommen würde. Ja und eigentlich hätte ich danach einen Termin beim Arzt gehabt aber die Kinder von ihr sind krank weswegen ich jetzt morgen während der Schulzeit hin muss. Na super...
Zum Frühstück habe ich heute das SaveTheOcean Müsli von @mymuesly probiert und es hat Hammer geschmeckt! Kann ich nur empfehlen an alle die gerne Knuspriges Müsli essen. Das Mittagessen heute war mega schwer weil die Portion einfach riesig war und dann auch noch diese Frischkäse Soße dazu... Heute Nachmittag habe ich körnigen Frischkäse mit Zimt und Früchten gegessen und am Abend gab es das gleiche wie immer. Als Nightsnack gab es heute einen Proteinpudding in XXL und einen Proteinriegel von Gymqueen, den habe ich heute bei Penny gefunden.

Yesterday I talked about relaxing and hopefully helped someone who struggles to include relaxation in their schedule. But today I wanted to help those who struggle with the opposite issue, being productive.
For some of us, id say being productive is almost a personality trait, you’re either consistently productive or consistently not, but in other cases, a lack of productivity can come in waves due to life circumstances and mental health. 
I explained in yesterday's post that I'm naturally the type of person whos always GO GO GO and relaxing is hard for me because a lack of time, always thinking, and in some cases, avoiding my own thoughts/feelings. But I have experienced the opposite as well, the struggle to get myself to do anything and the struggle to have any motivation to be productive. In these times it's easy to get stuck in a deep dark hole and only dig yourself deeper and deeper with every moment that you aren't productive. It's like a switch and any desire or motivation to do the bare minimum in all aspects of life. The more you DON'T do, the more you have to do, and the more you feel like you’ll never be able to get anything done because you’re so far behind. 
Well let me just say, it's never too late to get out of this hole, and baby steps is the way to go. 
Before you get overwhelmed, just remember that any little step in the right direction is one step closer to the surface and one away from going deeper into the hole.
Start by making a weekly schedule and writing out ONE thing you NEED to accomplish each day, and anything accomplished on top of that is just a bonus. This gives you a daily goal, it puts an end to the mystery of “how much” you need to do, and provides a feeling of accomplishment when you accomplish your daily goal. Over time you can add more, and before you know it you’ll be making a weekly schedule with everything you need to accomplish. It just starts with one thing a day, and I promise, one day everything will be ok. You just need to start.
