Reverse grip lat pulldown + standard grip lat pulldown. Moderate weights. High reps. Multiple sets. 2-3 x week. 
Dumbells shrugs at the beginning of every workout. 
Bench press and overhead press as well (these hit your lats and back pretty hard believe it or not)

Mostly everyone in social media now a days only share the highest moments (wins) of  a lot of situations; but they hardly share their failures and  realities that are accompanied with them. Its okay if you fail sometimes, it's part of being human, it's part of what we are ment to experience sometimes, it's part of the learning and practice process that will push you to a higher level next time. .

Today I attempted 350lbs in bench press for the first time in my life, and (if you made it this far reading down in this post I salute and respect you๐Ÿ‘) as you saw on the video, I failed; I failed to get it more than 3 inches off my chest, and TBH I was so pumped and really eager to get this number under my belt, but as much as I wanted to get it I failed. And it's fine I obviously went through some minutes of disappointment but I got over it. .
.
I'm happy that I tried though, that's what life is all about;  even if there is a high chance that you're going to fail at something (never go with this mentality into something but...) still try it!! Go over those fears, and freaking go raw and all out!! Don't let anything hold you back because life, waits for no one, and some of the biggest regrets that we have in life are the chances that we had right in front of us and NEVER took them. .

Standing Tricep Press 
Husband and wife duo rocking a semi private session. Short ๐ŸŸก๐ŸŸก springs at six. As you press the dowel up and away hold the arms straight for a moment keeping the bar in front of you. If youโ€™re too far away from the #springboard the arms will pull behind you so back up enough that you can keep your arms in front. Let the arm bones turn out to the shoulders drop away from ears. Use your exhale to knit the ribs together while holding the bar up and away. 
The challenging part of the exercise is the elbows bending as the bar goes back and down towards the top of your head. Erin is helping Shannon turn those arm bones out before she starts to bed the elbows. 
Can you reach the elbows up to the ceiling and towards each other as you lower the bar?  Resist the urge to pop the ribs as you press the bar up and away straightening the elbows? 
Focus on the elbows bending and reaching the arms up to reset the length of the triceps and allow arms to hang at sides of body.

Being on medication causing me to hold some water in turn making the scale be up, definitely messes with your head when I have been hitting my macros and water intake.
