Lately I’ve been going back to one of my favorite combos and that’s always been AlphaCre with Graphite 😍 this info goes for any pre workout though!
When looking at your pre-workouts many of them either contain no creatine or not enough creatine to be a full dose. Graphite for example only has 2 grams in it however your full dose of creatine a day is 5 grams! So in order to get my full dose of creatine in, I add in AlphaCre because it gets me well into the full dose of 5 grams of creatine a day and has extra beta alanine too, so the extra tingling feeling is even better!
That’s something easy to overlook with your pre-workouts but will make a difference especially since creatine is so damn good at helping with better muscular strength in the gym! 👊🏻 - 2 minutes ago
