Don’t say that you don’t have time to take care of yourself and workout.
I could say the same thing.
I have kids, I have a full time physical job.
I could make all the excuses but I CHOOSE not to.
Today would be the perfect day to just lay in bed and and do nothing and make all the excuses! 🗣 I’m on my period. 🗣I had to get up at 3:00 A.M to go to work 🗣It’s my Friday and I’m tired. 🗣I have SO much to do! ( what’s new?!) •
Instead I came home from work at 12:30 P.M had a small snack took my Plant 🌱 based pre workout, put my workout clothes on and did a 45 min spin bike workout.
7.50 Miles ✅
SO much sweat, SO many calories burned and
I feel amazing!!! Was it hard? Yup! But SO worth it!
