#waybackwednesday To me and my HAM-SANDWICH! I’ll never forget this day when I was about 8 weeks into my program (now I’m 61 weeks in) and My Wife showed up at the gym with the baby and made my day! My work schedule at the time was 5am-5pm I woke up at 2:20am, weighed myself, ate my first meal, packed all my remaining meals for the day, did my checklist before work, left the house at 3:50am, clocked in at 4:30am, got all my equipment at work, went back to my car took a nap from 4:40am-5am, wasted 15mins in preshift meeting, waited for my assignment from my lead at 5:25am, tiptoed in the break room at 5:30am and had meal 2, worked like hell till 7:30am and had my protein shake ON MY RAYMOND STANDUP REACH, took lunch at 10am, worked like hell, drank a gallon of water and fasted till my preworkout shake at 4:45pm, got off at 5pm, got to the gym at 5:30pm, workout from 5:45pm-7:30pm, went home ate dinner 8pm , shower, hang with the family till 10pm, sleep from 10pm-2:20am to start all over again the next day. My love got tired of that schedule and when she surprised at the gym it made me so happy and gave me the motivation I needed to keep pushing forward no matter what!
