Idc what nobody has to say about this topic because I’ve had to say no to Alota family, friends, coworkers and social events that were not going to move me forward in dropping over 130lbs and move me forward towards my lifelong goal of being a fitness trainer and entrepreneur. When it comes to you falling into peer pressure you have to just say Naw not now. No matter who it is. They will be upset, try to guilt trip you into hangin out, eatin that pizza, havin that drink, Goin to the gym tomorrow, when yo mufuckin ass KNOW you Posta be eating on your plan, working out, not drinking or sleep. But you feel guilty because that’s your friend,ya homie, ya cusin dem... Even closer YA WIFE/ Husband. You gonna have to get over it and they gonna have to get the fuck over it. You HAVE TO BE SELFISH WITH YOUR HEALTH! Because the people you love can’t get that weight off of you, the foods you love aren’t going anywhere, the alcohol you love ain’t goin no muthafuckin where! So what you gotta do to hit your goals no matter what. This is a fitness journey so you have to be patient and keep grinding no matter what life throws at you! 💪🏾😎👊🏾 Concentrate on a single goal, a single task and beat it into submission.
