This prep has been quite the learning experience with plenty of obstacles, but that didn’t stop any of you. You all pushed each other and made it through and absolutely killed it up there yesterday! If you would’ve looked at Eboni @nonstop_eb before this prep you might have saw her natural muscle tone and thought that she was already in the best shape of her life β€” but what I saw, was potential. I would see her around the gym and ask her to if she had any interest in competing  but she would always laugh, smile and say β€œnahhh, not for me” . Little did I know all she needed was some time! These past few months have been a learning experience and period of growth for Eb, both as a client and a trainer. I could not be more proud of the work she has put in to get ready for her figure debut! The pictures speak for themselves, consistency is key and the results will come!
