Beef Wellington. The puff pastry is very difficult to make. The whole lesson took me 3.5 hours! And the portion is definitely for more than 1 person!
I liked the salad dressing so much. It was the mixture of oil, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Lovely!
