Il y a quelques jours j'ai vu une vidéo d'@audrey_sylva qui m'a fait tellement rire et pourtant ça arrive plus souvent qu'on pense.

Les réseaux sociaux permettent de partager à travers des photos, des vidéos ou des IGTV noir évolution, nos entraînements, différents exos ou même simplement notre quotidien.

Mais attention, certaines personnes n'hésites pas à mentir sur beaucoup de choses, sur leurs charges d'entraînements, leurs entraînements tout courts ou même leurs soi-disant mode de vie, mais soyez bien conscient qu'à travers les réseaux tout n'est pas que réalité, la personne que tu admire n'est pas forcément celle que tu imagine qu'elle est sur un post.. Si algo he aprendido con los años es una de esas erratas que hoy por hoy siguen cometiendo tantos y tantos, aquello de añadir carga de entrenamiento sin ton ni son para tratar de compensar la falta de intensidad durante el mismo, no se trata de entrenar más, si no de hacerlo mejor.

⭐️ Paleo Diet Benefits ⭐️⁣

Since last year, I started a Paleo diet which involves eating mainly high protein and whole, non-processed foods like lean, grass-fed meat, fish, eggs, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables while limiting dairy, legumes, sugar, soy, gluten, and anything artificial or processed. I’ve never been a fan of fad diets or anything overly restrictive but with all the different advice out there, I think the Paleo Diet is a healthy, simple and sustainable way to maintain good nutrition and a lean physique. I’ve found that it’s not only made it easier to cut fat but it’s also had a bunch of other benefits. Every time you change your eating habits it takes a little while to get used to but going Paleo still involves a broad range of foods so I was personally able to adjust to it pretty quickly.
