The workout:
❕1. Heel Taps - 20 Reps (10 each side)
❕2. Leg Raises - 16 Reps
❕3. Crossover Crunch - 16 Reps (8 each side)
❕4&5. Side Bridges/Crunches - 16 Reps
❕6. Bicycle Crunches - 20 Reps (10 each side)
❕7. V-Ups - 10 Reps
❕8. Crunches - 16 Reps
❕9. Russian Twists - 20 Reps (10 each side)
❕10. Push Up & Rotation - 16 Reps (8 each side) 
My Advice:
- 1. On every rep, make sure to breathe in on the eccentric portion of the movement and breathe out on the concentric 👌🏻
- 2. Try your best to control every rep, slowing down the eccentric parts of the movements will engage your core even more 🔥
- 3. Think about the muscle you are working. Make sure you brace your core on each movements and crunch the abs in the appropriate way for the exercise. Don’t use momentum and try not to swing your arms to perform the concentric part of the movement 💪🏻
