Last night, one of my longtime dreams came true. It's a surreal feeling. 🌌
I've loved Queen for as long as I can remember. To be able to see my all-time number one band, live - especially THE legendary rock band of the 70-80's - I didn't even think of it as a possibility.
Ive been flat-out with full time work, and hadn't really been catching up with the latest news. Saturday morning I was lazily scrolling through my phone and leapt to my feet when I found out they were performing in Melbourne on Wednesday night!! "Surely there's no tickets haha.." My eyes couldn't believe it when I saw my chance at getting one of the last tickets.
The show was beyond words. I'm just really happy right now. Thank you, Brian May, Roger Taylor and of course Adam Lambert - who was amazingly respectful and humble at being "Extremely honoured to be able to perform with these legends, in the memory of the one, the only, IRREPLACEABLE Freddie Mercury!" Hope you have a fantastic day tomorrow and may your dreams come true too!! #Queen #AdamLambert #therhapsodytour - 12 minutes ago
