This beautiful cathedral was constructed from the thirteenth to fifteenth centuries, with the principal work done in the fourteenth century. 🙏🏽 It is such an extraordinary building with so many details, like most in Barcelona but I do have so much gratitude for this church. I have been staying right near it for my visit here and everyday I make it a priority to pop past and just be still for a few moments, to observe the surroundings of the people and take in the beauty of it all, to be honest I just can’t get enough of it.
The Cathedral of the Holy Cross and Saint Eulalia has made me appreciate the still moments that we should create time an space for to slow down, reflect and also appreciate the exact place and moment we are in because regardless of our journey, challenges and life so far we have has individuals challenged ourselves and won our own battles to be where we are today & we should totally love and appreciate that about ourselves !
As for today it was filled with exploring the streets of the Gothic Quarter, the beach and the beauty along with catching magical moments this evening! 💕🙏🏽 —
