Stop trying to find the best training split and start asking yourself “what the best training split for me?”. __
If you know you can only go to the gym a certain number of times. For example you can only go 4 days then a push pull legs split probably won’t be as optimal as a different split like upper lower.
Aim to hit each muscle group twice a week then work out from there what spit would be best depending on how many days you can hit the gym.
The best split for you is the one you can stay on track with the most. Don’t choose a split where there is a risk of you not sticking with it or missing days. - 7 minutes ago
