MUMS & BUBS YOGA
Join me on Wednesdays at @kindredwarrior.yoga 10.45am - 11.45am for Mums & Bubs Yoga. 👶🧘♀️ From 6 weeks to crawling, we welcome you and bub to join us in a space where we will safely work through some Yoga postures, breathing exercises and lots of giggles, creating a beautiful connection between you and bub. This nurturing space for you and your baby with a post-natal practice focus has been designed for mothers, baby-daddies and baby-carers. This class also offers specific baby Yoga practices to promote good sleep, aid better digestion, increase immunity, assist with baby's brain and fine motor skill development, and calm their little Souls. A lot of the practices you will be able to incorportate into your home routine to help baby, and you, on a daily basis. This class is a great way to connect with other mothers, fathers and carers, as we are stronger together! It is recommended that you and bub are given the all clear from your GP before attending this class.
