Real talk here with you....
If I weren’t a coach, I probably would have stopped showing up a long time ago.
To be honest, before coaching, I really didn’t show up for myself at all.
For me, coaching was KEY piece to my accountability.
I did go to a few gyms, I attempted a home workout for 2 weeks and quit, I even had a personal trainer for a bit but I never stuck to it.
I realized I not only had to show up for myself, but I also needed the accountability to show up for others as well.
The day I signed up as a coach I was so fed up with feeling stuck. I was so ready for change and it had to begin with my health.
I just started.
I was in the middle of my journey with no full transformation when I started.
I had 300 followers on FB (didn’t even have an IG account back then.
My body at that time carried 20 extra lbs of body fat.
I hadn’t been consistently going to a gym in over a year.
But then, I watched my coach and thought I’d she could do it, then so could I.
That’s when not only my health and fitness started, but it was also the birth of my mission to show others what they are capable of starting.
You don’t have to know it all.
You don’t have to have a huge following.
You don’t need to be at a goal weight, a specific body type or big fitness buff.
But your desire to change and inspire others along the way needs to be greater than any excuse and the comforting feeling that comes with staying the same. - 3 days ago
