Just because you chose to live a healthy lifestyle, doesn’t mean you have to limit yourself to the stereotypical “healthy” or “bro” foods.
There are so many options to sub for foods you don’t like!
Me personally, I stick to meals I love on the daily. Like my oatmeal, egg whites, fruits, veggies, salads, & occasionally a cup of FROYO 😍. Well sometimes on the regular 😂, but that is what works for me!
It’s important to focus on the L͟͟O͟͟N͟͟G͟͟ T͟͟E͟͟R͟͟M͟͟. I believe the best way to do so is through S͟͟U͟͟S͟͟T͟͟A͟͟I͟͟N͟͟A͟͟B͟͟I͟͟L͟͟I͟͟T͟͟Y͟͟. Thinking that the only way to be healthy is by constantly eating super clean & never allowing yourself to go out of that range, could lead you to a restrictive mindset.
That being said, if a donut, cookie, froyo, or anything you genuinely enjoy every now & then stops you from mentally having restrictive thoughts or binges, then in T͟͟H͟͟E͟͟ L͟͟O͟͟N͟͟G͟͟ R͟͟U͟͟N͟͟ it will benefit you. So eat that in moderation! 🔑💖
