I started this account to hopefully #motivate and #inspire people to start or continue their #fitnessjourney , but it's more than just physical fitness to me.
The #mind is a powerful thing and it's important to look after it and your #mentalhealth just as much as you look after your body.
No gonna lie, lately I've been so de-motivated in terms of #exercise and the disruption to routine hasn't helped.
If you're on it and hitting it hard, then we'll done and keep going! If you're like me and have been inconsistent or doing nothing at all, DON'T BEAT YOURSELF UP about it. It's a weird time and you gotta do what you gotta do to come out the other side #happy , #healthy and #balanced .
Make time for your mind, get good food in you, smile, and don't watch too much news because sometimes too much information can be just as bad as not enough.
