It's Friday!! End of week workout coming at ya!

It was ugly but I her done. This light day mid week is working wonders. Came into this workout fully recovered and it paid dividends. Pr'd all 3 lifts tonight which is awesome. My deadlift form was shit but it didn't look as bad as it felt. Ah well live and learn. Feels so good, I feel strong as a bull. There is nothing like it, I recommend it highly.

Anywho here dem weights.

Ssb squats - 142.5kg 3x5
OHP - 62.5kg 3x5
Deadlift - 150kg 1x5

As always @vpa_australia choc mint wpi post workout. @inov_8 Fastlift 335 shoes for my squats. @ryderwear dmak 2 for deadlifts. @harrisstabilitysystems 9mm knee sleeves and low back support. @loadedlifting lever belt. @getnewage 6ds mouthpiece.
