Have basil... will pesto!
Finally cleaned the garlic too so have stacks on hand to 'over- garlic' the pesto all I wish.
We make between 50 and 70 serves of pesto each summer and freeze them in recycled glass jars or reused Ziploc bags. I make some without cheese and some with less garlic to be sure we have all our visitors covered.
I use it in rice, pasta on pizza bases and in roasted veggies. Got any other good pesto uses? - 44 minutes ago
