My leg session today was intense but I got it done.
Looking back at the clips, I can see that I need to work on my hip mobility. I never fully drive my hips through.
Also I feel like I need to engage my last a little more. .
Front squats were okay, but I think once I get into my hips and loosen them up, they’ll flow a lot better.
Better mobility means stronger lifts.
Deadlift: 5 singles at 365.
Front squat clip: 175x5
Always room to improve. Just keep moving forward!
