A selection of my favourite cheeses. 🧀🍎 Another little experiment. 🧬One meal with 100ml orange juice and the other without. .
Blood glucose results were:

🚫5.3 / 95 without orange juice

So not a whole lot of difference either way. And 5.3 is great to enjoy half a sweet apple with yummy cheese. It's definitely stopped me being afraid of consuming apple again. 🍏🙌

60g royal gala apple

Oh you know, just working in my jammies!! Sometimes I get caught up in what I’m doing when I’m super busy. So when the sun starts to dip and I have to complete work, I get my blue blocking game on!!! What’s the point?
Well when you’re exposed to ALAN (artificial Light at night) especially the blue light from out tech screens this acts to suppress melatonin and screws with out system in many ways- what do we experience?

Lowered immunity, hormonal disruption, dehydration, fatigue and crappy sleep are done if the main symptoms. 
Mine are from @blubloxofficial and I’ve had them a couple of years now. I highly recommend them and you know what use the code ‘Hybrid’ and get a discount- I wouldn’t be without them now. 
They act to reduce the effects of artificial light at night and get your eyes ready for sleep- hence causing less disruption to your body’s functions.

När stressen i vardagen tar en är det lätt att ta genvägar. Pizza till lunch(helt ok ibland!) för att spara tid. Träningspass och sömn prioriteras ned. Just en sådan vecka har jag haft. Lösningen har vart snabba kickar med socker och koffein. I kväll fick jag dock ordning på prioriteringarna och det blev en timme i skogen. Det hjälpte mig att varva ned och dessutom lösa en hel del problem. Nu är jag mig själv igen! Slow is fast!

"Sleep is half my training." REST is something, we have to take care of actively. *Werbung/Anzeige* 
Beginning 2020 I started to improve my sleep quality, started a meditation practice and am giving myself space for more rest days from training. 
The first two garmin screenprints are made in Jan/Feb. (5 minutes high quality sleep) - the next screenprints are made in the last weeks.

Since I take care of my sleep my results are:
- Higher energy level and better performance in bodyweight. 💪
- Do not feel fatigued during my day. 🧘
- Feel younger. 👶
- Can concentrate and focus better.👩‍💻
- Lost 3 kilo weight with no efforts 😳
- My skin improved a lot.🌺 As athletes, its easy to loose yourself in the addictive training routine. To deal with work related stress we thrill ourselves more and more up to an level of constant over-training or the so called junk miles. Just to feel somehow, stronger and satisfied. 
Careful. When I looked into the mirror in nov/dec last year, i did not liked what i saw. I just felt I am going to get old fast. Some roads just lead nowhere. We are all humans and have a limited amount of energy and attention. 
TODAY
7-8 hours of high-quality sleep per every 24 hour period a nonnegotiable priority in my day!!! Good to know during sleep:

1)your brain cleans up cellular garbage when you sleep;
2) your body repairs itself while you sleep.

Everybody deserves to wake up full of energy and good mood and to make the best of his energy.
