The lamb recipe is from @weanin15_ And is so good, even my fussy eater 4 year old ate it. The whole family loved it. My baby is 6 months😩 time flies so much. I really would like to slow down a bit , they grow up too fast.

Created this little cake made with doughnuts which came up so nice. It’s vegan, no refined sugar. 
Vegan Doughnuts cake with berries and chia jam. ✨Ingredients✨

280 gr of flour of your choice
50 gr cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon salt ( optional)
125 ml of maple syrup (or other sweetener)
375 ml of vegetable milk of your choice
60 ml of light vegetable oil + extra to oil the pan
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
a handful of fresh and thawed berries (optional)
1 tablespoon of grated lemon zest (optional)

1) Preheat the oven to 180 C.

2) In a large bowl sift and add all the dry ingredients; in another bowl add the liquid ingredients (including cocoa beans) and mix. 
3) Pour the liquids into a large bowl  and mix until a smooth and lump-free mixture is obtained (it will remain fairly fluid). 4) Pour into a doughnuts tin after sprinkling them with a thin layer of coconut oil or, alternatively you can bake in small cakes tins. 
5) Leave to cook for about 15 minutes. 
6) Remove from the oven and leave to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing it from the tin. ... For the chia jam ... 300 gr of fresh or thawed raspberries
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
1 tablespoon of maple syrup (or other sweetener)
½ lemon juice

1) Put all the ingredients except the chia seeds in a non-stick pan over low heat and mash the raspberries well with a fork.

2) Add the seeds and mix. Taste: if it seems too acidic, add another sweetener. Leave to cook for another 2 minutes until a little liquid has evaporated.

3) Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool.

4) Transfer everything to a glass container and leave to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour so that the jam thickens. ... for the coconut cream... 1 can of coconut cream (full fat)
1 tablespoon of maple syrup (or other sweetener)

Whip the ingredients together until firm. 
When everything is ready. Just put your layers together and decorate as you like😊

• Melted white chocolate 🤫.

Pancakes have definitely become a regular in this household during lock down and the girls being off school. I always melt the chocolate with some coconut oil. Makes it so runny so a little goes a looong way!  To get B’s pancakes small I just make a big one then use the bottom of a clean tin to cut them out.

They are perfect from 6 months onwards, you can skip the maple syrup if you want or substitute with a different sweetener. 🥰⁣

Recipe for 12:

▪️1 ripe banana⁣⁣
▪️1 egg⁣⁣⁣
▪️2 small packets porridge oats⁣⁣⁣
▪️4 tbsp of milk⁣⁣⁣
▪️Vanilla extract ⁣⁣⁣
▪️1 tbsp of maple syrup ⁣⁣⁣
▪️1 tbsp of 100% cocoa powder ▪️1/2 tsp baking powder⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣⁣
▪️olive oil or butter for cooking⁣⁣⁣

🔸Mash the banana in a bowl using a fork.⁣⁣

🔸️SWEET POTATO PANCAKES🔸️

Sweet potatoes are a rich source of fibre as well as containing an array of vitamins and minerals including iron, calcium, selenium, and they're a good source of most of our B vitamins and vitamin C. At home ,We are a sweet potato lovers! So we eat this superfood almost every single day
.
➡️Ingredients
.
- 1 cup oat flour -1/2 cup(120ml) of milk ( I used cashew milk)
- 1 egg
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-5 tbsp sweet potato puree (I put the sweet potatoes in the oven until they are soft and then puree)
optional spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg to taste.

▶️Beat all ingredients with a whisk or with a processor/hand blender until well combined.
Heat the pan over a moderate heat and grease the surface with non-stick spray or oil (I used coconut oil)
Fry over medium heat for 40 seconds on either side with the lid on!

Serve with fruit

Las patatas son una rica fuente de fibra y contienen una gran variedad de vitaminas y minerales como hierro, calcio, selenio además de ser fuente de la mayoría de nuestras vitaminas B y vitamina C. En mi casa somos fanáticos de este superalimento asi que lo consumimos casi todos los días

➡️Ingredientes
-1 taza de harina de avena
-⅓ taza de leche de preferencia
- 1 huevo
-1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
-5 cucharadas de puré de batata (yo pongo las batatas en el horno hasta que estén blandas y luego las hago puré)
-Opciones de especias: canela, jengibre,nuez moscada al gusto

▶ ️ Batir todos los ingredientes con un batidor o con un procesador / licuadora / hasta que estén bien combinados.
Calienta la sartén a fuego moderado y engrasa la superficie con spray antiadherente o aceite (usé aceite de coco para hacer el primer panqueque, luego ya no es necesario)
Freír a fuego medio durante 40 segundos por cada lado

Blueberry overnight oats 
Recipe( makes 1 baby portion and 2 adult portions)-
Hand full of Blueberries 
80g of oats 
Sprinkle of chia seeds
Around a cup of whole milk 
1.blend you blueberries until smooth. 
2. Add your blueberries ,oats , chia seeds and milk to a container and give it a good mix 
3. Put the lid/ foil on your container and leave in the fridge over night .
4. Cook for around 20/30 seconds In the microwave , give it a good stir and serve when cook ( watch for hot spots in the porridge make sure you stir it really well !) Then serve !💖

🍞FRENCH TOAST🍞

Quicker and easier than pancakes but just as comforting (particularly when piled high with your favourite fruits and a little drizzle of maple syrup), French toast makes a delicious brekky treat and can easily be modified to suit your taste or dietary requirements.
Go traditional with thickly sliced brioche dipped in a mixture of beaten eggs and milk, or make it vegan with a mixture of plant-based milk and cornflour (plus your choice of spices), or use up whatever bread you have (stale or fresh!). Fry it in a little butter, margarine or oil. Then heap on your preferred fruit and a teeny bit of sweetener.

MY EGG-FREE FRENCH TOAST WITH FRIED BANANAS

Ingredients
- 2 slices wholegrain bread
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tsp cornflour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 bananas
- 2 large of Margarine
- Raspberries and maple syrup, to serve.

Method
Heat one knob of margarine in a non-stick pan. Slice the bananas in half lengthways and cook on high heat for a few minutes, turning once, until golden and caramelised and remove. Whisk together milk, cornflour, cinnamon and vanilla. Heat remainder of the butter in the pan. Quickly soak the bread in the milk mixture and cook in pan for around 5mins. Serve with the bananas, raspberries and a small drizzle of maple syrup on yours. 
QUICK TIPS
- Keep it quick - unless you are using stale bread (which is great!), make sure you only dip your bread in the mixture right before you are about to fry it as it generally absorbs the liquid very quickly and you don’t want it to take on too much (unless you like yours soggy).
- Keep it low sugar - I prefer, particularly for my mini, to keep the sugar content confined to the fruit toppings and to go for a natural sugar for myself such as maple syrup, coconut syrup or honey (just remember no honey for your mini if they’re under one). ENJOY 😊🍞🍌
