I feel like 2020 is really driving the point home that you just never know what life’s gonna hit you with🎢
A few years ago, if my routine had been thrown off THIS much (like not being able to get to the gym…limiting weekly shops…having the kids home 24/7) my physical and emotional health would have spiraled down into self destruction. My mindset was ALL about STRICT adherence to a PERFECT routine- all or nothing 😒
Over time, thanks to a badass fitness community supporting and inspiring me daily, I learned something that has changed EVERYTHING for me:
Nothing outside of my OWN MINDSET has the power to keep me from my goals.
Even fitpros ‘mess up’ and go off the rails at times (eat and drink too much at the weekend, put off a workout) But are they throwing everything out the window for it?
No. It’s not an excuse to quit- they just get back into the routine.
