Eso quiere decir que tenemos 5 ejercicios ya para armar una excelente rutina de abdomen para toda la semana! 🤜🤛💪 El día de hoy filme un ejercicio de los que más me gustan, creo que este si es para las personas que ya han trabajado los ejercicios anteriores por unas 3-4 semanas y se sienten seguros de hacer una progresión a un ejercicio más demandante 💥

Ejercicio 5
Elevaciones cortas de cadera o variación de crunch invertido. -Mirada al cielo
-Manos atrás de glúteos (podrías llevas los brazos extendidos atrás y tomar algún soporte para no ayudarte con las manos en glúteos y tener un feeling más fuerte en tus abs, pruébalo!)
-Piernas bien flexionadas, nunca se extienden para aumentar el peso que el abdominal debe elevar junto con la cadera hacia tu pecho.
-Las piernas bajan hasta la vertical y después van hacia el pecho separando ligeramente la cadera del piso, regresamos!
Intermedios-avanzados 12-15 reps 4 rondas
No te desesperes si no puedes sacar estás repeticiones, empieza por 6-8 y luego ve aumentando gradualmente. 💥👦👨‍🔧🤓
No falles con el trabajo de tu abdominal pero más importante, no te engañes con la comida, genera hábitos consistentes para lograr tus resultados! Disfruta!
