Why isn’t it working for me? Blame us PT’s 😊
Hey something I see a lot of is this & it’s not your fault per se.
Calories in vs calories out
Do X training to burn fat
You see the big problem with fitness content is that it’s science based.
We have studied humans in a lab and when we do this then x happens.
So we give you info to give you the fundamentals of weight loss, fitness & nutrition.
So we give you tactics.
Tactics that if applied well can get results.
Track your calories, fasting ya da ya da.
Your challenge is they you don’t live in lab.
So a tactic that works for one might not work for another.
It’s why shelly down the road exists .
One tactic for all.
Drink this twice a day & you will lose Weight.
It will work for some for others it will be horrendous.
A one size fits all approach.
We humans love a cookie cutter approach because it makes it EASY.
When the truth is that it’s not the same For everyone.
You’re different in soo many ways.
But we still seek ‘tactics’ without a strategy for applying it to suit you.
So when I’m taking to someone about losing weight I want to know how your mind works.
I want to know how many times you have failed to lose weight before.
And so much more.
Because even the greatest training plan can be undone by what’s in your head.
Or your environment.. If you’re and all or nothing person then a plan isn’t what you need.
You have done that already.
You need coaching which means going deep,
If you don’t go deep then nothing changes.
You end up back where you were.
Looking for another tactic ‘The best diet’ is a tactic not the strategy for you to change.
There’s a difference. - 5 minutes ago
