As you would expect, we treat every item with the respect it deserves and as if they were our own. Yes, every item we take is covered by our insurance policy whilst it’s with us or being repaired. We follow a strict taking-in procedure before it’s entered on our computerised system for tracking. Because of this, we’ve never lost an item.
