I’m gonna remind y’all that you can do 10,000 workouts at home but if your nutrition isn’t the priority you’re still running on the hamster wheel towards your fitness goals! Y’all already know ima MORNING MAN #topofthegdmorning so here is one of my favorite dishes OF MY PLAN that keep me on track: -Egg whites: Baked in a 5in baking pan and topped with avocado, valentina hot sauce, fresh cracked pepper, dried chives and a hit of nutritional yeast to kill my cheese cravings cause I haven’t had any in almost a year 💪🏾😎
