We need a break from the lifting...so we hit stuff!

Test your will with BUF Endurance training on Tuesdays at 6:30 pm. Running, rowing, boxing and muscular endurance training.

Try this exercise for your butt: crossover step up.
Be sure to stand all the way up on the bench and try to lower yourself slowly back down to the floor.
Try it first with no weight then add resistance as necessary.
