I’m really struggling, new behaviours have crept in and I can’t break it, I have decreased my food a huge amount, and I’m not feeling hungry at all anymore which is making things so much more worse. TW.
My weight isn’t stable anymore, I never wanted this to happen. I need to get back on track but honestly I don’t know if I can. Professionals are leaving. And I don’t really care anymore. - 10 days ago
