We dedicate this post to all the organizations, businesses and institutions, who use the word “diversity” to receive funds meant to create programs and services dedicated to marginalized groups, yet, who end up paying themselves beautiful lunches, trips and salaries, as well as photo ops to be used as proof of their immense “generosity” rather than actually empower people of diversity.
Our objective is to continue to do much more than simply coach and train executives, employees and entrepreneurs to be successful in their respective industries, as we have been doing at MY WORKSHOP for the past 7 years, both locally and internationally.
Our deepest desire and goal, is to transform these leaders, regardless of their titles and years of experience, to take accountability for their actions and words, both in their organizations and communities.
