How long have you been overweight or not happy in your skin? 
We all want those quick results and simple turn arounds but when you are reversing years of bad habits and lack of activity then long lasting results take time. 
When I was dieting down people kept asking me how I did it and the simple answer is I did.not.give.up! 
It really can be that simple if you make it a priority, I knew I wanted to step on stage and in front of a camera so I knew I only had myself to blame if I kept giving into short term temptation instead of focusing on the long game. 
Yes I only dieted down for 16 weeks but I was consistent day in day out, I didn’t just start training more and hoped that would be enough nor did I cut out loads of foods for 5 days a week. Every day was a day to reach my targets and stay accountable and why would I have made the decision to cut down in the first place if I wasn’t actually going to commit to it? 
Everyone needs different support and you don’t have to do it all yourself.

Today I burned the most calories during tonights session I'd ever burned! Bike, step machine, planks, sit ups, leg raises and finally, thanks to my wrists healing, push ups too! I've also got my heart rate to the highest as well... Once I get my heart rate to 200+ I will be so  H A P P Y ✨

He aqui la importancia de saber leer las etiquetas y saber medir cada porción. Cuantos de ustedes sabían que la porción adecuada es una onza casi 30 gramos , que es mas o menos 16 piezas 😳. Yo no lo sabia😌. Y con razón siempre me mantuve con sobre peso, aunque no he llegado a mi peso ideal hay la llevo, ya es menos que antes😁. Hace unos años yo creía que podía comer todas las nueces que quisiera, al fin y al cabo eran saludables. Hoy en día , aun creo que son saludables, pero con medida. Ya que si comemos hasta llenar seguimos consumiendo muchas calorías. No soy nutriologa, pero eso no me impide aprender. 😉
Si quieres bajar de peso si se puede pero todo con medida y me refiero a realmente con medida😁. Si no tienes los instrumentos adecuados para medir o pesar tu comida. Hay muchas formas de lograrlo. El querer es poder😉.

Dinner was a chicken wrap, only enough chicken to have one wrap (what is see was shared with mum) so not really enough for dinner and still hungry so I’ve put a couple of chicken goujons in the oven to have in another wrap •
