Whereas an overweight person would use fat as a fuel while seated (maybe walking depend on how over weight they are) and carbs as a fuel by walking plus higher intensities..

You CANNOT burn adipose tissue (stored fat) at any stage during exercise. The only way you lose fat is by being in a deficit. Exercise just helps you create a deficit 😊exercise does not burn the fat on your body 🤙🏻

Breakfast 😘

This was amazing. 
When I was on just SW if I ate this I would have felt like I had ruined the day and today would have been a write off. 
But now im Calorie Counting and just trying to eat what I enjoy so I feel satisfied Im feel so much less stressed with food. 
Like I said this isnt a every day breakfast but its Sunday and a day off so PANCAKES!

1 su bardağı kırmızı mercimek
1 çorba kaşığı kekik
2 tatlı kaşığı pul biber
1 çay kaşığı tuz
2 diş sarımsak 
1 yemek kaşığı labne peynir
1 kahve fincanı zeytinyağı
YAPILIŞI
1 su bardağı kırmızı mercimeği yaklaşık 30 dakika sıcak suda bekletin. Yumuşayan mercimek ile kalan tüm malzemeleri robottan geçirin. Karışımı fırın kağıdı serilmiş tepsiye ince  bir tabaka olacak şekilde yayın ve şeritler halinde kesin. Önceden ısıtılmış 170 derece fırında yaklaşık 15 dakika kadar pişirin.

صراحة تطبيق MyFitnessPal من احسن التطبيقات اللي استخدمتها في فترات الدايت و الوصول إلى هدفي!! اول مرة بعد ولادتي في بنتي و الحمدالله رجعت إلى وزن ما قبل الحمل و المرة التانية لما سويت التحدي💪💪 و دحين حابدأ تاني و ان شاء الله أوصل إلى هدفي💪 هو صراحة يأخذ وقت بس اول ما تتعودوا عليه خلاص يصير الموضوع مرة سهل !! Honestly My fitness pal is my favorite app to track my meals and helped me to achieve my goal!!
