For years I was frustrated. I wanted to be well, had a passion for preventing disease, and wanted to have energy to be bold in my passions and serve my family. I believed that my body was created to function much better than it was.
Are you frustrated? Depriving yourself? Punishing yourself for what you ate last weekend? Or maybe during the whole quarantine? Maybe you binged and you can’t stop?
Maybe you want to make a change, have more energy, sleep better, balance your hormones, have more confidence, but don’t know where to start? Are you sick of losing and gaining the same weight over and over? Are you working out and not seeing results?
Here’s what I know. The ONLY thing that is going to work is a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
Do you feel like you’ve tried it all? Paleo. Vegan. Keto/low carb. Low fat. Calorie restriction. Lots of cardio.
Here’s the deal. Food fuels your body. Diets focusing on 1200 calories or less wreck your hormones, metabolism, adrenals, and do more damage than good. Not to mention they aren’t sustainable.
Carbs are good for you. Fats don’t make you fat. Cutting out your favorite foods sets you up for failure and is not realistic ❌
There’s so much noise in the health and wellness world. I know what it’s like to have the desire to feel good but want someone to just piece together the important things, make it simple, and lay out a plan that anyone can get results with as long as they follow directions WITHOUT the requirement of shakes or supplements.
