Some people jump in and go for the deal as soon as they see it.

I am often in that first group. My friend, Renee, was in that second group. She started considering the FASTer Way months ago and finally joined our group in May. And talk about going for it!!! .

So many wins I would like to share about this week. Absolutely love that I am running again. I used to run 20 to 30 miles a week and training for half marathon‘s but then was advised to stop when trying to have kiddos. Feels so good to have several runs during the week. Another win for the week is I ordered some new running shorts for myself and lo and behold they are too big! I consider that a good problem.”

For years I was frustrated. I wanted to be well, had a passion for preventing disease, and wanted to have energy to be bold in my passions and serve my family. I believed that my body was created to function much better than it was. 
Are you frustrated? Depriving yourself? Punishing yourself for what you ate last weekend? Or maybe during the whole quarantine? Maybe you binged and you can’t stop?

Here’s what I know. The ONLY thing that is going to work is a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. 
Do you feel like you’ve tried it all? Paleo. Vegan. Keto/low carb.  Low fat. Calorie restriction. Lots of cardio. 
Here’s the deal. Food fuels your body. Diets focusing on 1200 calories or less wreck your hormones, metabolism, adrenals, and do more damage than good. Not to mention they aren’t sustainable. 
Carbs are good for you. Fats don’t make you fat. Cutting out your favorite foods sets you up for failure and is not realistic ❌

There’s so much noise in the health and wellness world. I know what it’s like to have the desire to feel good but want someone to just piece together the important things, make it simple, and lay out a plan that anyone can get results with as long as they follow directions WITHOUT the requirement of shakes or supplements.

Just what is Intermittent Fasting ?

There is a BUZZ about it but it is NOT NEW!! It is simply an Eating Schedule that encourages your body to burn FAT!

We don’t get hungry when we aren’t eating because we are mixing periods of high calorie consumption with periods of fasting. 
We eat a normal amount of calories in a shorter period of time. 
Because we don’t restrict calories, the intermittent fasting we practice does not lower our metabolic rate long term. It’s actually increased !! To go a step further , human research shows that intermittent fasting helps reduce obesity, hypertension, asthma, and arthritis.

I see you!! And I hear you!!! You know you need to do something but you aren’t sure what🤷‍♀️ You see my posts and are on the fence about joining because you have lots of questions!
➡️Is this yet another diet that is only for the short term? ➡️Is it excessive amounts of exercise and restricted food? ➡️I’m a picky eater....is it specific food? ➡️Should I really be starting something at the beginning of summer with so many functions and cookouts to attend? 
I’ve been answering questions the last week about everything the FASTer Way to Fat Loss IS and what it ISN’T!  The FASTer Way is not a quick fix, short term diet that requires you to exercise for hours and deprive/starve yourself! 
It’s a program that allows you to enjoy foods you love, not be deprived, feel full and satisfied, exercise less, rest a little more, all while living a busy life!

We’ll use simple, effective strategies like carb cycling, while food nutrition, intermittent fasting, and intentional exercise.....I’ll also teach you about food freedom, enjoying treats GUILT FREE, a positive mindset, and a little thing called “progress over perfection!” We start tomorrow and I still have a few spots left! I see you!! And I hear you!!! You know you need to do something but you aren’t sure what🤷‍♀️ You see my posts and are on the fence about joining because you have lots of questions! ➡️Is this yet another diet that is only for the short term? ➡️Is it excessive amounts of exercise and restricted food? ➡️I’m a picky eater....is it specific food? ➡️Should I really be starting something at the beginning of summer with so many functions and cookouts to attend? I’ve been answering questions the last week about everything the FASTer Way to Fat Loss IS and what it ISN’T! The FASTer Way is not a quick fix, short term diet that requires you to exercise for hours and deprive/starve yourself! It’s a program that allows you to enjoy foods you love, not be deprived, feel full and satisfied, exercise less, rest a little more, all while living a busy life! Breakfast!! I’d never been more ready to eat than I was this morning 😅 Made it 40 hours since I hadn’t eaten since around 3:30 on Friday. Lost 6 pounds overnight, which is my favorite thing about fasting, gets rid of ALL the bloat.

So obviously some hard boiled eggs, bacon, avocado and sriracha mayo 🤤 My bacon doesn’t look appetizing because I cooked it last night and refrigerated overnight.
