I made some berry and foraged pine needle naturally fermented soda after being inspired by @betzharris. I used their recipe except one cup of pine needles and funnily enough I could have actually used more pine flavor. This was amazing and took about four days to ferment at around 63 degrees Fahrenheit. I left it at room temperature after bottling for 24 hours, could have left it a little longer but I was concerned about carbonation explosions with the high sugar content.
It tastes amazing! Definitely will be repeating this one. - 19 hours ago
