With the #COVID19 situation and uncertainty of what tomorrow’s Corona Virus 🦠 news will bring, I’m sure it’s super easy to:

Well, I’m here to tell you to GET OUT OF YOUR OWN HEAD.
Seriously, I’ve been there. I still struggle. But there’s a lot that’s happened between these pictures.
A breakup, losing my dad, losing my job, losing opportunities, struggling with anxiety & depression & obsession, losing myself and relationships and relationship with food, etc.
But while there was a lot of “bad,” there also came a lot of good.
Because sometimes we have to go through hell to appreciate what we do have and how far we’ve come 👏🏻.
🔑 So remember: now isn’t the time to throw in the towel on your dreams or goals. Just stay the course, modify your routine or methods of getting there, and make it happen!
Do it for you. 💕
And once this is all over, I’m sure you’ll be super happy you did! EVEN if it takes you 3 years and many ups & downs before you reach that goal!
