Y’all voted that you wanted to see my killer workout from today, so here it is. .

CHISEL CARDIO 🏃🏼‍♀️ .

This workout had me drenched and I couldn’t move afterwards but it felt SO good! .

I know we are all getting stir crazy by now so this is the perfect way to get your body moving and benefit your health 🤩 .

Do each move for 60 seconds with a 20 second break in between. Repeat on one side, the same move you did on the other side (if you do the right side, do the left too and visa-versa).
Repeat the whole round twice for a killer 20-25 min workout. .

Also, the weights are optional. 
You can do all these moves + get a good burn without the weights if you don’t have any of you can use a can of food. .

Hit the save button so you can do it as many times as you want 🥰

I was ok until I wasn’t.⁣

I had a day today and didn’t even know it was coming. ⁣

I came off a weekend of feeling like I was #thriving and then this morning… I went to the grocery store. ⁣

And guess what? I let the feelings of overwhelm, fear, anxiousness, and so on take over my entire day. ⁣

All from being in public and exposed to the world as it is right now.⁣

Guess what else? I’m letting this be ok and my feelings be real.⁣

When our world is feeling unpredictable (health crisis or not)...it’s ok to have a day. ⁣

Three weeks ago today…life as we know it drastically changed.⁣

I lost all my in-person work and had to think fast how to keep me and my business afloat. I am not tech savvy and #UntitledMovement had never been shared virtually. I had plans to one day build a proper online platform to share UM with folks outside of NYC, but I thought 2021 would’ve been the year, not now. ⁣

Three weeks ago today…life as we know it drastically changed.⁣ ⁣ I lost all my in-person work and had to think fast how to keep me and my business afloat. I am not tech savvy and #UntitledMovement had never been shared virtually. For me becoming a mother was scary. Pregnancy after a miscarriage was scary. The pain of breastfeeding was scary. Putting myself out there on SM was scary. Sharing my story was scary. •
Butttt becoming a mother has been the most rewarding experience of my whole life. •
Breastfeeding through the shivering, cold sweating PAIN made me stronger and more relentless to holding on through very tough times. •
Putting my story on SM and continuing to share has brought me passion. Passion to help others grow through what they’re going through. •
WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU TOOK A LEAP OF FAITH? Without being guaranteed a amazing outcome?

Opportunity is knocking your door daily. Sometime multiple times a day. So in this time the entire world is uncertain, DO THE DAMN THING ALREADY! •
Gosh reach out and talk to that person. Tell that boss to F off. Tell your SO to stop being such a Debby downer. START that health journey. INVEST in yourself and your GROWTH. •
If the same damn thing has been holding you back for SO LONG take the advice from my spiritual AF deck this morning and say “FUCK outta here” to your excuses and be like Nike and JUST DO IT! .

A breakup, losing my dad, losing my job, losing opportunities, struggling with anxiety & depression & obsession, losing myself and relationships and relationship with food, etc. ⁣⁣

But while there was a lot of “bad,” there also came a lot of good. ⁣⁣

Because sometimes we have to go through hell to appreciate what we do have and how far we’ve come 👏🏻. ⁣⁣

🔑 So remember: now isn’t the time to throw in the towel on your dreams or goals. Just stay the course, modify your routine or methods of getting there, and make it happen! ⁣⁣
