I'm a little embarrassed to share this - this is real life in action.
When I talk about priorities, I put my own words into action. Shredding papers has not been a priority in this season so it gets done every once in a while and I delegate it to my eldest.
If you have a lot to do, make a list, prioritize then work your list. Stuff that's an every once in a while thing, figure out when to do it, or delegate and then get it done.
