I challenge you in 2020 to try new things. Get on a stage for the first time, take a dance class, join a recreational soccer/sports team, start a walking club, coach a little league team, serve at a church, volunteer at an animal shelter, do something new and rewarding.
Isolation isn’t good for us. We’re meant to be in community.
My real estate coach @beruberick always says this quote “My minds a scary neighborhood, that’s why I never go there alone.”
Another favorite of mine is “An idle mind is the devil's playground.”
Get out of your head, and into community!

Healthy kids don’t create themselves, nor do healthy families.  It requires the adults leading by example, demonstrating what it means to live a balanced life of fun, play, hard work, smart choices and prioritizing yourself first. 
I have a personal mission that has been the same since I was a child. When I leave this world, hopefully a long time from now, I want to leave it healthier and happier than when I arrived, and I want my life to have mattered.

I want to create an impact in my family, my community and my world.  So I am part of a massive movement called H2 - Happy & Healthy.  We are a community of people wanting to squeeze the most juice out of this life as possible. Myself along with a professional personal trainer, a holistic nutritionist and a mindset & leadership coach are all working together in this group to bring you practices for a lifetime of health and happiness. 
This isn’t a “diet” it’s not a “fad” it’s a way to fully LIVE and be present for all the things that matter most to you. My personal reason is for being present, energetic, vibrant and healthy for my family and being able to keep up with these monkeys long into my life.  I want a life of no regrets, and I think you do too.

Do you feel knee pain when you squat? If so, give this variation a try. The band around the knees allows you to sit back with your hips more which creates a vertical shin angle. This will take a lot of the stress off your knees. You will also give you a serious quad pump with this exercise, because the band forces your knees to fully extend at the top of the movement. I see you, confused & searching for answers. I see you wishing, hoping & dreaming that today things will finally different. I see you believing you are alone in the world & feeling lost. I used to be like that too. Waking up every day wondering if today would finally be THE day. And yet day after day went by with no more success than the day before.

I am searching for a woman just like this: 🔮 she doesn’t recognize the life she is living because she thought for sure it would be different
🔮 she believes time is running out & she has to accomplish her goals before she gets too old
🔮 she feels alone in the world, that she has no one to share her frustrations with. In her mind, no would understand what she is going through because she is the only one going through it.
🔮 she has no idea what is holding her back because she is doing all things & still not seeing results. All of the “5 Steps to Success” formulas keep failing for her.
🔮 she pretends outwardly that she is okay with her life & even lies to herself that she never really wanted {fill in the blank} anyway, so it’s okay that it it showing up.
🔮 she looks back on her life & her choices, cringing as she wishes for a time machine so she can go back & do it all differently. “If only...” thoughts keep her up at night.
🔮 she wonders if she has just simply missed her chance & just has to suck it up & accept the life she has.
🔮 she knows in her soul she is made for more, but can’t get unstuck long enough to find that version of herself. 
I can say it’s never too late, you have those dreams for a reason & you are definitely not alone.

I have an opportunity for 2-3 women to finally break the chains holding them back & take MASSIVE steps to uplevel their lives.

Have had just the most amazing first day on my winter skills course 😊❄️🏔

Up to my waist in snow (literally ❄️) at times ! ❄️ Winds gusting between 20 & 40mph 🌬 wind chill down to -20 🥶 and completely in my element 😊

Loved getting tripped up on purpose to practice my “ice axe self belay” !🤣 and throwing myself down a slope to practice self arrest ❄️😊🏔 using all the equipment, confirming a few things, learning a few new things and building my confidence 🏔😊

For 2 years now I have been on a personal journey of getting healthy. 
I noticed that the number on the scale was gradually going up and my clothes weren’t fitting right. Mentally I was unfocused, tired, easily agitated and depressed. 
I had tried many diets looking for that quick fix. Basically I wanted to be skinny in like 2 weeks. This we all know is not realistic. But that was how I felt. I didn’t know if I had the energy or motivation to actually workout everyday and eat healthy. 
I use to be one of those people that was excited to start a program but after a month would lose interest and give up because I wasn’t seeing results quick enough or I told myself that I couldn’t do this. 
Anyway long story short I connected with an amazing coach and now a great friend who helped me get started and is always there to motivate and support me. 
The reason why I’m telling my story is that I want others to see that when life gets challenging don’t give up. Challenge is what makes changes. Set a goal and strive to reach that goal. Start out with small goals. Once you see that you can reach them then set a big goal. 
My goal is to show up everyday and do a workout. Also, to make small changes in my diet. I’m not going to quit just because I had pizza and dessert last night and maybe a glass of Prosecco. I know today I will chose better options and move on. 
Is it easy? NO. I’m not going to lie. It’s hard. But once you get through the first 21 days then it becomes a habit which will then turn into a lifestyle. It doesn’t get easier you just get stronger and better. 
Because of my own results I decided to become a coach so that I can help others. I even went a little further and got a certificate as a Fitness and Nutrition Expert. 
We are almost finished this decade.

If I could make everyone fall in love with exercise I would😂
.... and I say exercise because honestly, ANY type of exercise is GOOD exercise. Not everyone likes the gym, 100% ok. Not everyone likes classes, 100% ok. Not everyone can run, 100% ok (and I feel ya🤷🏼‍♀️) BUT everyone can get moving in some type of way.
When I look back at myself 10-15 years ago, when I was overweight, binge eating, depressed... I can’t even believe it was me. And I can’t even believe I allowed myself to be like that. The gym (my own form of exercise) changed MY LIFE👏🏼 and no, not just in the form of weight loss, but a change in everything.... mood, energy, health, stress, weight, happiness... etc etc.
My goal is to help you find what will change YOUR life.
My goal is to help you fall in LOVE with exercise.
My goal is to show you how POSSIBLE it is❤️💪🏼
